Selected Wright Print Poster Contest Winner

CONROE, TX – Education for Tomorrow Alliance (EfTA) has announced the winner of the 2022 SCI: // TECH Wright Print Poster Competition as Spencer Myers, a twelfth grade student at Woodlands College Park High School. Myers’ original work based on the theme “Solutions through Science” was created as part of his Graphic Design and Illustration course taught by Jeffrey Badmington and selected by public vote. Myers will receive a $ 250 Student Achievement Award and his design will appear on promotional material for the SCI: // TECH 2022 exhibit, which begins in January.

SCI: // TECH is a collaboration between Education for Tomorrow Alliance, Conroe ISD, The John Cooper School and other private schools in the region that encourage scientific exploration. SCI: // TECH’s 13 science, technology, engineering and math competitions and events will take place over multiple weekends between January 21 and March 5, 2022. SCI: // TECH includes the Chevron Phillips Chemical Senior High and the Entergy Junior High Science Salons on January 27 with over 1,000 students registered to participate.
