Angela Bassett finally met someone who looked as fabulous as her. It turned out to be a statue of herself.
The actress, 63, attended the unveiling of her own wax statue at Madame Tussauds Hollywood this month.
The unveiling of the star’s statue closed a week marked with new additions to the museum’s gallery, including wax works by Jennifer Hudson and Tiffany Haddish.

The real-life actress wore a long pink romper and matching pink shoes.
The statue was dressed in a glitter covered jumpsuit made by Greta Constantine and shoes by Casadei.

It took five weeks for all the hair on the statue’s head to come in as it needed to be put together individually and by hand.
